Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Fleetorly handles information when you browse the marketplace, create an account, request a trucking service, manage a vendor or fleet profile, use routing tools, or submit a parts or financing inquiry.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, password hash, account role, and account status.
  • Request and contact information such as phone number, service location, service description, notes, vendor selection, and request status.
  • Vendor and business information such as company details, services, hours, contact details, ownership claims, reviews, and reports.
  • Fleet and ERP information you choose to enter, including units, trailers, repair records, expenses, and uploaded documents.
  • Parts, financing, and fuel-card referral information, including requested products, fulfillment details, business information, requested amount, fuel usage, operating regions, and partner preference.
  • Messages sent to the Fleetorly assistant. When AI is configured, these messages may be processed by the configured AI provider to generate a response.
  • Approximate or precise browser location only when you permit location access for nearby search or route planning.
  • Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser data, pages viewed, session identifiers, and product experiment events.

How we use information

  • Operate authentication, search, maps, saved places, requests, dashboards, routing, ERP, parts, financing, fuel-card referral, and assistant workflows.
  • Connect customers with selected vendors and route inquiries to the parties expected to respond.
  • Protect the marketplace, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate reports, and maintain data quality.
  • Send transactional messages such as password reset instructions and operational request updates.
  • Measure reliability and conversion so we can improve the public beta.

When information is shared

We share information with the vendor, supplier, or financing partner needed to handle an action you request. We also use infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, email, document storage, routing, error monitoring, and security. These providers process information to support Fleetorly operations.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a business transaction. Fleetorly does not sell personal information for money.

Location, cookies, and local storage

Browser location is requested only when you choose location-based search or routing. Fleetorly uses cookies and browser storage for authentication state, saved interface preferences, session measurement, and A/B experiment assignment. Blocking these technologies may limit account and personalization features.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account or business workflow is active and as reasonably needed for operations, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention may differ by record type. We use access controls, encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, and restricted document storage, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update available account and business information in Fleetorly, disable browser location access, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

Children and policy updates

Fleetorly is a business and trucking service platform and is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as the beta changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
