Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Fleetorly, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Fleetorly for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

Public beta

Fleetorly is currently a public beta. Features, data coverage, availability, and workflows may change. We may limit, pause, or remove beta functionality to protect users, data quality, or service reliability.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and activity under your account. Customer signup is public. Vendor and admin access may require verification and approval. You must promptly notify Fleetorly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Marketplace role

Fleetorly helps users discover trucking-related businesses and exchange service requests. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Fleetorly is not the repair shop, towing operator, parking provider, supplier, lender, broker, insurer, or employer. Vendors are responsible for their services, licensing, pricing, availability, work quality, and representations.

Listings may include imported or third-party business information. Users should confirm critical details directly with the vendor before relying on them.

Requests, routes, and emergencies

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, response time, availability, price, or completion. Fleetorly is not an emergency dispatch service. If safety is at risk, contact emergency services or an appropriate roadside authority.

Maps, deadhead estimates, and truck routes are planning aids. Drivers and dispatchers remain responsible for road signs, closures, permits, vehicle dimensions, weight, hazmat restrictions, weather, and safe operation.

Parts and financing

Parts prices, stock, compatibility, tax, shipping, and installation information must be confirmed with the supplier. A quote or order request is not a completed payment unless Fleetorly explicitly provides a confirmed checkout transaction.

Financing estimates and pre-approval requests are informational and are not credit approval, a loan offer, or financial advice. Any financing relationship and final terms are provided by the selected partner under its own review and agreements.

Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of information and content you submit, while granting Fleetorly permission to host, display, process, and share it as needed to operate the requested workflow. Reviews and reports must reflect genuine experiences and must not be unlawful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or used to manipulate ratings.

You may not scrape the platform without permission, bypass access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or business, misuse personal information, or interfere with platform operation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict a listing when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using Fleetorly at any time and may contact us about account deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

Fleetorly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, listing accuracy, vendor performance, route suitability, or a particular commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fleetorly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, vendor services, third-party data, routes, parts, financing, or loss of data. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Fleetorly develops. Continued use after an updated date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions, notices, and disputes should first be sent through the Fleetorly contact page so the matter can be reviewed promptly.
